Danny Stam (born 25 June 1972 in Zaandam) is a Dutch sports director and former track cyclist. 

He achieved his greatest successes in a pair with Robert Slippens. During the Track Cycling World Championships in 2004 they won bronze and a year later silver in the madison. 

The couple Slippens - Stam won the Six Days of Ghent in 2004 and the Six Days of Rotterdam in 2005 and 2006. The last year they also won in Bremen and Berlin. Danny Stam is nicknamed "the Little Diesel".

After the serious fall of Slippens in August 2006, Stam rode with Peter Schep for a while. Together they won silver in the madison at the World Championships. On February 9, 2007, the duo Slippens - Stam made its comeback during the Six Days of Hasselt. In October 2008 they won the Six Days of Amsterdam. 


Danny Stam as sports director of Boels Dolmans in 2015. 
In 2011 and 2012 Stam was sports director of the women's team AA Drink and from 2013 of Boels Dolmans Cycling Team, with which he achieved great successes, such as the World Team Time Trial Championship.
