Usually the packages arrive in the specified delivery date. Rarely there are delays with the shipping company, but when this occurs it may take a little longer before you receive your package. Usually this is indicated in advance by the shipping company. If we can see this in advance, we'll let you know as soon as possible! We do everything we can to prevent this, and ensure that you have your package as soon as possible!
Exchange and Return Policy
We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We as SKIDSHOP try to be as transparent as possible. That is why we as SKIDSHOP believe that the buyer is well informed in advance and is aware of what he is going to buy and receive. As a result, in most cases we do not accept refunds or products back. In exceptional cases, it is unfortunately possible that unexpected damage occurs during the shipment. Shipping
We as SKIDSHOP transport our products with the following companies:
DHL, PostNL, UPS and DPD.
The delivery time of course depends on the final destination. Within Europe the delivery time is between 4 and 10 working days. International Shipping 5 to 12 working days, this of course depends on the supplier.
Because we want all parts to be available to everyone, all Parts and bicycles are shipped worldwide!
